The problem started when the line ran for more than 30 minutes. The soft candy wrapping machine worked. But it worked badly. Wraps were loose. Seals were weak. These aren't standard on every machine. If your product is sticky or residues, this is non-negotiable.
5. Get references from other buyers of the same model who run similar products.
A supplier should be happy to provide them. If they hesitate, that's a pattern.
