Why a Ryobi 5500 Watt Generator and a Ryobi Laser Earned Their Spot on My Budget (And What I Learned About Printer Leasing)

And if you need a full layout tool for site grading, look beyond a compact laser. But for a mid-sized maintenance operation that needs reliable backup power and a dependable leveling tool without breaking the budget, the Ryobi pair is hard to beat.

The Robo 3D printer was a bigger question mark, and it has earned a spot as a niche shop tool—nothing more. And if someone asks me about printer leasing now, I point them to the TCO spreadsheet. Leasing isn't evil; it's just a decimal point you can't see until after you sign. Since then, I've made it a policy: no PO without a landed-cost line.
